4. Orders & Delivery
- Orders are confirmed only after receiving advance payment or purchase order
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability

- We deliver Pan-India through trusted logistics partners
- Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery
5. Warranty
Our products come with manufacturer warranty as specified:
- Copper Electrodes: 25 Years warranty
- Copper Bonded Electrodes: 15 Years warranty
- G.I. Electrodes: 10 Years warranty
- Lightning Arresters: As per product specifications
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage due to improper installation, misuse, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Custom/made-to-order products are non-returnable
- Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after inspection
7. Installation Services
- Installation charges are separate from product costs
- Site inspection may be required before quotation
- Installation warranty is provided for workmanship
- Customer must provide necessary site access and permissions
8. Limitation of Liability
Safety World Earthing System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.
